Fitness is more than training — it is discipline, confidence, and a way of life. Our journey started with a passion for strength, athletics, and helping people become the best version of themselves. From coaching athletes and MMA fighters to guiding beginners on their fitness journey, we built this gym to create a positive environment where everyone can grow stronger, physically and mentally.

With experience in athletic coaching, weight-lifting, strength & conditioning, muscle endurance, K-taping, muscle rehabilitation, and fat burning, our mission is to inspire dedication, hard work, and consistency. We believe every person has the potential to improve — and we are committed to helping our members achieve their goals through proper training, motivation, and support.

We provide professional training in Wushu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA — while also focusing on fat burning, muscle endurance, CrossFit, and sport-specific training for athletes.

Our goal is not only to help members train harder, but to train smarter. Alongside fitness and combat training, we support recovery and performance through injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, K-taping, and nutrition guidance with personalized meal plans.

Dedicated and hardworking coach with experience in athletic coaching, MMA training, and team management. Passionate about fitness, leadership, and helping young athletes achieve their goals through discipline and continuous development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Sports Science (NVQ 5)
  • Physical Fitness Instructor (NVQ 4)
  • 9 years' experience in the strength field
  • Shayan Muay Thai — Head Coach
  • Muay Thai Judge & Referee (2018)
  • Wushu Sanda Judge & Referee (2026)
  • Certified in First Aid · Red Cross certified Life Saver
  • Former Strength & Conditioning and Weight-lifting Coach — Nalanda Central College
